Shipping

Orders are delivered to U.S. addresses only. Shipping is quoted at checkout against your delivery address and shown before you pay.

Delivery windows and the daily dispatch cutoff are not yet published; we do not print a window we cannot honour.

We do not offer shipping protection or loss coverage as a separate product. What we have is a policy for damaged or incorrect items: contact us with photos within 24 hours, and we review the claim.

If the error is ours, we reship the correct product the same day at our cost, and you keep what you received. Anything less clear is handled case by case.

Products are shipped in packaging appropriate to their storage requirements. Storage conditions for each product are listed on its product page. Transfer items to their stated storage conditions on arrival.

Checkout accepts U.S. delivery addresses only; international delivery is not offered at present.
